Chabad has a public tailgate and tefillin campaign which begins four hours before game time. It serves as a base for pickup minyanim throughout. Official minyan mincha(or Maariv) one hour before game time. The Chabad tailgate is located in opposite MetLife gate under the flags at the top of the walkway between Lots G and F
